Known for offering the most comprehensive content in the industry, itSMF USA Fusion 09 will offer exciting opportunities to learn about the topics that interest you – from speakers who truly understand the challenges you face.
The IT Service Management Forum USA (itSMF USA) invites you to submit an abstract of a proposed session for presentation at their 9th annual convention, itSMF USA Fusion 09, to be held September 20-23, 2009, at the Gaylord Texas Resort and Convention Center, Texas. The itSMF USA is specifically seeking compelling and thought-provoking practitioner depictions of real-world experience. The presentation formats this year will be a one hour or two hour session. The extended two hour sessions are intended to be interactive and collaborative. There is also an opportunity to present a two or four hour pre-convention workshop.
itSMF USA Fusion09 is the premier practitioner driven convention designed to educate the IT and business communities on standardized processes and best practices in the field of ITSM.
The 2009 convention committee seeks proposals around a variety of topics and in different formats. Suggested topics include some of the hottest areas of discussion in the IT Service Management and business communities such as, organizational change, ISO20000, CMMI, practical applications of ITIL best practices, and any other topic that has its roots in IT Service Management.
The itSMF USA and the convention committee utilizes a robust speaker and workshop selection process to ensure that our speakers meet the high expectations of the convention. Each speaker and submitted abstract is carefully evaluated according to criteria set forth by the 2009 convention committee.
To submit a proposal, please set up a speaker account and complete a submission form for each presentation proposal you wish to submit. Only the first two submissions will be considered from each individual and each vendor organization is only allowed one presenter selection. For presentations with multiple presenters, each presenters speaker information is considered in the review and selection process. Ensure all presenter information is completed.
The 2009 convention committee and the itSMF USA thank you for your support of this event. You can direct your questions about the submission process to Erin Closmore at speakers@itsmfusa.org or 650.416.2406.
