itSMF Fusion 09 is holding a block of rooms at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. You can book your hotel reservations on-line at www.itsmfusa.org (the hotel will not accept call-in reservations at the conference rate).

- $220 Standard Room: Single/Double Occupancy
- $240 Premium Room: Single/Double Occupancy

Applicable taxes will be added to all room rates (currently 12% occupancy tax).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received before 6:00pm 72 hours (3 days) prior to day of arrival.
1st Night Deposit Policy: Gaylord Texan does charge first night deposit.
$220 + 12% = $246.40
If the reservation is cancelled in advance (per cancellation policy) the hotel will refund this one night deposit charge equal to one nights room and tax.
Facility Fee: $15 will be added to the guest room rate. This fee will cover several in room amenities which at the time of check in will include:
